AESIE dates: Wednesday, June 12 (beginning time: noon) through Friday, June 14 (ending time: noon) This two day institute is designed to expose guidance counselors and college transition counselors to what the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS) and College of Natural Resources (CNR) both have to offer in their academic programs. In the two day program, the aspects of the two colleges that will be covered include majors, career options, research projects, admission information, diversity programs, and pre-college programs. |

Want to eat fresh, non-processed foods, but need to learn easy, fast, tasty preparation methods? Join us for this once a month cooking series where you will have the chance to watch the preparation of freshly harvested foods in simple recipes, and taste the results! We will be preparing: Baked Kale Chips Tomato Basil Bruschetta Tabbouleth Easy Roasted Vegetables There is a $10 per person fee to cover the cost of ingredients and supplies. Class will be held in Room 320 of the NC State University building (CMAST) on the campus of the community college in Morehead City. You may enroll on or before June 10 and pay on or before June 11. |
