Congratulations on being selected to participate in the 26th Annual Graduate Student Professional Development Workshop. One of the sessions you will be attending at this workshop is Strengthening Your Leadership Skills Through Self Discovery - Using the Meyers-Briggs Instrument. In preparation for this session, we will need you to complete an MBTI Assessment that is designed to indicate your preferences for leading, communicating, taking in information/learning, making decisions, and managing your day to day. Please take a few moments and read the following instructions before you complete the assessment.
Answer the questions honestly, the way you feel you are. Don't answer them the way you wish you were or the way you want others to see you.
Results will be used to help you determine your strengths as a leader as well as identify areas for improvement. Please note that all of your results are confidential and will not be shared with other parties other than yourself!

You will be prompted to fill out a demographics page.
Provide the requested demographic information.
Follow all directions to complete your assessment. (MBTI) Be sure to answer the questions as spontaneously as possible. Respond to every item.
If taking a break from an assessment, be sure to click the done button so your responses will be saved and can be recovered when you resume.
Write down the ID number so that you can resume and/or take additional assessments using the same client ID.
Please DO NOT close your browser without following the specific instruction or your assessment will not be submitted.
After you have clicked “Log Out” you may close your browser session.
A copy of your completed MBTI report will be provided to you at the session on October 4, 2012.
Please don't hesitate to contact me should you run into any difficulty completing the assessment online. I look forward to seeing you at the session in October!
