Assessments
MBTI - Complete by August 17, 2012
Dear Participant,
Congratulations on being selected to participate in the 26th Annual Graduate Student Professional Development Workshop. One of the sessions you will be attending at this workshop is Strengthening Your Leadership Skills Through Self Discovery - Using the Meyers-Briggs Instrument. In preparation for this session, we will need you to complete an MBTI Assessment that is designed to indicate your preferences for leading, communicating, taking in information/learning, making decisions, and managing your day to day. Please take a few moments and read the following instructions before you complete the assessment.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Answer the questions honestly, the way you feel you are. Don't answer them the way you wish you were or the way you want others to see you.
Results will be used to help you determine your strengths as a leader as well as identify areas for improvement. Please note that all of your results are confidential and will not be shared with other parties other than yourself!
