We are now accepting applications and will continue until the new cohort for the fall of 2013 is full.
After a nomination and /or email stating the intent to submit an application is received, a place will be held until all application materials are on file. At that time the full application packet will be reviewed and acceptance will be determined. Notifications of acceptance will be sent out as each application procedure concludes.
The cost for the 2 year program is $17,000. This covers both years and all costs associated with the program EXCEPT travel to and from residential sessions. There is a possibility of scholarship funds available, please contact program staff for further information
1. A member of your organization's senior leadership must endorse your application to participate by completing the FSLI Nomination Form.
2. The FSLI Application Form must be completed and submitted along with a two page CV.
3. Please select three colleagues and ask them to complete and submit an FSLI Evaluation Form for you.
