Biology is a huge field, and in selecting a course of undergraduate studies it is important to consider whether you want a broad overview of biology or whether you would prefer to focus your studies more in a given area.  We offer both options within our department for some topics, but there are also a number of other departments at NCSU that offer degrees in specialized areas within biology (some of which are listed below).  You can also explore possible majors by name through the majors page at the NCSU virtual advising website, Advising Central.
