Printer Purchasing Resources
CALS Academic & Administrative Technology supports most printers. We mainly purchase HP printers, however, some users have chosen other models.Please remember, we are not certified printer repair techs, so we will do basic troubleshooting. For cleaning or complex repair, please contact a Printer Repair provider if the printer is off warranty.
Local Printer Repair Sources
We use CDW-G as our main purchasing source for our administrative staff. Departments with their own techs should contact their tech for purchases.
Use our Purchase Quote Request form to request a quote for printers for our supported administrative users.
Because we can login to see all related contract prices, we can usually find the lowest available price.
While under warranty, it is important to purchase toner recommended by the manufacturer or the warranty could be voided.
