CALS Global Academy offers advanced, customized training programs for researchers and professionals from all over the world. Training programs can be delivered on-campus, at multiple sites in North Carolina, the U.S., or any part of the world.
CALS is located in the third most agriculturally diverse state in the U.S., and has faculty involved in basic and applied research supporting 70 commodities, agribusiness and life science industries. CALS facilities include, besides the main campus, 18 Agricultural Research Stations spread all over the state. CALS houses the North Carolina Cooperative Extension Service (CES), one of the largest in the nation with presence in all 100 counties. In addition, we are located close to Research Triangle Park, one of the largest research parks in the world.
