Tasks

The tasks of the Diversity Council are to:

  1. Develop a  comprehensive, multi-faceted, long-range Strategic Plan for Diversity for CALS that will be merged into the overall CALS Strategic Plan that is also under development;
  2. Identify and solicit sources of internal and external funding to implement the action steps outlined in the strategic plan;
  3. Serve in an advisory capacity related to implementation and monitoring of progress towards key action steps outlined in the strategic plan; and
  4. Provide consultation and feedback on the development of a CALS diversity website and other communications.
