Knowledge turns into power when people use it to make their lives better. That’s what North Carolina Cooperative Extension is all about—extending knowledge from the state’s land-grant universities to you, your family, and your community.

Extension agents at centers in all 100 counties and on the Cherokee Reservation and our Extension specialists at N.C. State and N.C. A&T State are working together to help North Carolinians develop new agribusiness ventures, improve their health and family life, and sustain the environment.

Working together, we can achieve more than we can alone. To find out how, browse our site. Or click here to visit your local Cooperative Extension center.
