EPA and Post Doc Permanent/Temporary Salary Increase Request

The following forms/items are required to be submitted when submitting a salary increase request.  If you are a faculty member or supervisor please work with your departmental representitve because some sections of the forms may not be required. 

1. Required Information for EPA Positions
2. ADA Check List
3. Current organizational chart that has all position numbers included

Once these forms are complete the departmental representitve will process an Other Type of Request in CALS Online for internal approvals. Once those internal approvals are in place then the CALS Personnel Office will process the request into the PeopleAdmin System for University level review and approval. Once we are notified of the approval we will forward this communication to the department representitve.

SPA Permanent/Temporary Salary Increase Request

The following forms/items are required to be submitted when submitting a salary increase request.  If you are a faculty member or supervisor please work with your departmental representitve because some sections of the forms may not be required.

3. Current organizational chart that has all position numbers included

Once these forms are complete the departmental representitve will process an Other Type of Request in CALS Online for internal approvals. Salary Redistribution Forms

To request an adjustment in the funding source used to pay salary, please use Reallocation Forms available in Word or Excel format.

For retroactive payroll adjustments that are more that 90 days after the applicable timeframe, use the "Redistribution Justification" form found at the University-level Contracts & Grants web pages.
