Question 11, is a little outdated. I use Google Chrome as my web browser.
For question number 12, I use a word processor called Pages. It is only available on Macs but can convert files to Microsoft Word if needed. Also, I would like to say that I would like as much material possible to be available online for my access. I study best at home so it would be very convenient for me to have access to it any time. It's also environmentally-friendly which I like.
I believe it would be very helpful to have the lectures recorded and posted online as a reference when studying for exams.
Question 11 asks which browser I use. Typically I use Google Chrome for everything unless a site doesn't support it. In which case I'll just use IE. I also noticed Mozilla and Firefox are different choices...
Browser: Google Chrome Word Processor: LibreOffice
