Fall 2019 Series – Personality

Openness. Conscientiousness. Extroversion. Agreeableness. Neuroticism. Dig deep into personality traits that help make you, you. Emerge from these Learn at Lunch Conversation that Matters sessions with a better understanding of your unique temperament and its influence on how you navigate life within CALS and North Carolina State University.

Conversations that Matter is a bi-monthly series that enhances diversity awareness and builds cultural competencies for faculty, staff and students in CALS as well as university-wide. These shared lunches are meant to provide a safe space for the college community to come together to:

  • explore different dimensions of diversity
  • gain skills they can use in the workplace and classroom
  • foster a more inclusive environment.

Each interactive session highlights a different area of diversity using discussion leaders. The lunches aim to stimulate engaging discussions in which participants ask questions, share examples and provide insights related to the highlighted topic.
