Event Details:

Event Title: Possible Medical/Dental Mission Trip to Haiti Dec 15 - 21st
Description: I am organizing a possible medical/dental mission trip to Haiti over winter break - it would depart RDU on  the 15th of Dec and return the following Friday

Fly in Friday Dec. 15th
Stay at St. Joseph Home for Boys in Port au Prince  Saturday night
Sunday drive out to Jacmel check into the hotel
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday see patients in clinics and orphanages throughout the area
Thursday Free day to take everyone to Bassin Bleu where the waterfalls are, Jacmel beach and metal market. 
Then drive back to Port au Prince so  can stay overnight Thursday night at St. Joe's and fly out on Friday the 21st

Cost of trip ~$1,500 including airfare and hotel (does not include one meal a day) - final cost still being worked out but
will be between $1,400 and $1,600 total

We have on the team a pediatrician/ER specialist and family physician as well as a nurse -

Space is limited to the first 8 people to sign up with a waitlist of 6 (there are already four committed with physicians and their children

We need to get a $900 deposit in for flights and airfare ASAP - Most likely by Monday 12th

You MUST HAVE CURRENT PASSPORT to participate
