ASPIRE (ACT Supplemental Preparation In Rural Education) is an initiative designed to bridge deficits in rural high school students' performance on the ACT College Entrance Examination in order to increase the number of students gaining admissions to institutions offering degrees in agricultural fields. The ASPIRE program also aims to increase admissions rates of students from rural, economically distressed counties into institutions of higher education. ASPIRE includes 30 hours of ACT course instruction, along with helpful ACT prep materials and access to four (4) full-length practice ACT exams.
