Upload a Poster

 

Posters must be submitted using the Upload a Poster link. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with your pick-up information. Posters submitted before 3:00pm are usually available for pick-up* the following business day after 2:30pm.  

Posters must be picked up from outside G16 Patterson Hall no later than 4:30pm. Note the third floor can only be accessed by the elevator.

If you are unable to make it between 2:30pm and 4:30pm on the day your poster is ready the poster will remain outside room G16 Patterson for 3 business days.  You may pick-up your poster anytime Monday thur Friday between 8:30am and 4:30pm ( except on holidays and university closings).  After 3 business days any posters left outside room G16 Patterson will be recycled.

Authorized users:

CALS majors or non-CALS majors printing assignments for CALS classes. Student status will be verified when accessing the upload site.

Authorized use:

Posters for class projects, research symposia, or other academic requirements.

Maximum poster size:

The maximum poster size is 36" x 52".

Cost:

Free to authorized users. 

File Format:

PDF

If you have another file format, like a PowerPoint PPTX file or a Word DOCX file, you can open the file and "save as" a PDF. If you are unable to convert your file to a PDF, please contact CALS IT directly and let us know the file format you have. Someone will try and assist you with the conversion.

Image Recommendations:

Scanning resolution should be between 75 and 150 dpi. Lower resolutions will result in poor quality images.

*Exact date and time for poster pick-up will be sent in confirmation e-mail.  Pick-up times may vary based on volume of printing.  Please allow more time for printing during research symposiums and end of semester projects.
