  I'm considering moving back to a PC after my Mac dies due to costs, etc. What are the best and least expensive hardware/software for general use.  
  Web page design  
  Better use of formulas and functions in excel

  I wish I was more familiar with onenote, and would like to know more about creating and editing a web page. I am still new to Windows 8, and I would like to learn the new short cuts.  
  I do need to learn how to be more proficient in Excel Spreadsheets adding graphs, charts, etc. I also would like to learn how to better organize emails via archive, etc.  
  Windows 8 or more preferably the Windows that comes after it. I find Windows 8 to be glitchy and not user friendly.
